Clean and/or insure the sanitary conditions and operating order of kitchen appliances, equipment, food storage areas and the kitchen itself.
Purchase, verify quality and quantity of food and kitchen supplies required for daily activities and various functions. Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented.
- Excellent physical condition and stamina Vocational or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage
