Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with other teams to identify the public voice of the company and its brands
- Creates style guides and brand voice outlines for all public relations, marketing, advertising and other vital departments
- Consults with executive management to develop effective communication procedures and policies for various situations or crises
- Drafts press releases and speeches following organizational news
- Writes letters, interdepartmental memos and other business correspondences
- Communicates with media outlets and journalists and creates press kits
- Develops materials to educate staff on communication practices
- Coaches and assists team members on improving communication skills
- Performs research and monitor the progress of various communications strategies
Qualications/Requirements:
- With Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or any related field.
- With previous corporate Internal Communications and Events experience.
- Possesses a strong network within the media industry.
- Has outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- With good understanding of social media strategies and platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Proficient in office management software and design software such as Canva, Photoshop, and/or InDesign.
- Can be creative, innovative, and keen to details.
- Has excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Willing to report to their office in Binondo, Manila (5 days/week)
