Paris Baguette, a Korean Bakery and Cafe is in need of an
Assistant Commissary Manager to be assigned in the Central Kitchen in Taytay Rizal.
Administer the growth of the commissary operations by maintaining an accurate inventory.
Regulate and strategize accurate order, timely delivery of raw materials and finish goods in and out of the commissary.
Establish the smooth operations of the commissary production area, guide and review production schedule and output in relation to store order and inventory of raw materials.
Manage, review and strategize commissary profitability by managing commissary budget, commissary expenses and commissary sales.
Collaborate, strategize and support other departments in regards to new products, product
improvement and product displacement.
Possess the ability to recruit, train, develop, lead, evaluate and dismiss personnel if the
necessary.
Evaluate monthly Profit and loss report, identify areas of improvements, plan, formulate and execute strategy to improve commissary profitability.
Direct the preventive maintenance, assessment, troubleshooting, and repair of _commissary_ equipment and facilities
Minimum of two years in supervisory position- Must be keen to details and have a desire to work with high standards, efficiency and food safety
Effective communication and management skills/ ability to take direction from supervisors and lead a team constructively
- Ability to work in a clean, organized, and efficient manner in a high-pressure environment
Flexibility, and strong ability to problem solve

Pay: Php45,- 00 - Php50,000.00 per month
