Position: Assistant Collection Manager
Company Industry: Lending Company
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary Offer: Php 50,000 basic salary+ Php 5,000 Allowance
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Work Set Up: Work onsite
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in any related field.
At least 1 -3 years as a Collection Specialist.
At least 1 year experience in lending industry.
Amendable to work onsite.
Amendable to work as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
Organizing team leaders to understand their duties or delegated tasks
Monitoring whole teams productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
Handle and/or resolve escalated issues from team leaders while evaluating risks
Regularly conduct staff meetings, individual coaching conversations and
reviews
Other tasks assigned by the headquarters
