JOB DESCRIPTION- Manage the Department's daily operation.
Oversees the engineering personnel in the Installation, repairs and operation of machinery, equipment and related system.- Oversees fabricating, maintaining, installing and repairing plumbing and sanitary facilities; hotel locks and keys; carpentry works; masonry works; etc.
Develops and implement preventive maintenance and repair schedules of the hotel machinery, equipment and other facilities.
- Develops work simplification methods and techniques and improve programs.
Prepares and/or evaluates designs and specifications for all engineering projects; supervises installations and constructions of all engineering works; submit periodic reports on project status and operating performance to superior.- Controls and sees to adequacy of inventory of all engineering supplies.
Develops and implements cost reduction program.
- Evaluates performance of engineering personnel.
Implement Company rules and regulations.
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical or its equivalent- Preferably with license but not required
With at least 5 years work experience in the Hospitality Industry- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Keen into details and cost control capabilities- Committed to deliver exceptional levels of guest service
