Duties and Responsibilities- Handle tenants renovation. Inspect and monitor tenants area making sure that the design/construction is within the criteria or parameters set by the Management.
Handling AUTOCAD.- Monitor all quality-related activities on the project.
Monitor the disposition of all issued non-conformance reports.
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system, recommend and implement improvements when required.
Coordinate all QA/QC activities.- Monitor statistical method reporting.
Action and close all customer complaints/ punch list.
- Control all achieved documentation upon the completion of the project.
Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors.- Ensure all quality control of documentation is complied and completed for as-built hand-over control all non-conformance reports and undertake remedial action.
Coordinate all site inspection with the subcontractors
- Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status.
Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken.- Review all inspection compliance report.
Coordinate with the subcontractors to ensure that communication exists and are well maintained.
- Assist the site subcontractors in the resolution of drawing interpretation.
Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices and costumers contract specialization.- The completion of QC site instructions and coordinate their closure , review of inspection test packages during the course of construction activities
Evaluate the billings of the contractors
Prepare and maintains records of plans, plan review, inspections, letters and reports.- Tracks and communicates work request status and completion.
Troubleshoot, evaluate and recommend upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement savings opportunities.
- Prepares/reviews plans, estimates, and scope of work for various projects.
Implements energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while monitoring utilities consumption.- Prepare other work as required.
