A. Consumer Insights- Gathers and analyses information on market size, value, segments, competitors, shares, and other information required to prepare an effective marketing plan.
Prepares brand reviews as required by management.- Monitors and reports market activities relevant in preparation of an effective marketing plan.
Actively seeks consumer understanding and insights that define the brand's core consumer needs, attitudes, and values in order to have stronger brand experiences.
- Tracks and analyzes the impact of brand and competitor products, pricing, placement, proposition, packaging, and promotion strategies related to the market.
Does forecasting, supply management, sales reports, and promotional work plan implementation.- Manages allocated marketing budgets and ensures within the plan.
- B. Integrated Marketing Communication
Creates and executes comprehensive marketing plans, strategies, and initiatives as well as the disciplined tracking of their progress and associated expenses.- Develops reports and analyses brand initiatives, sales performance, competitive information, and market trends to enhance the brand's equity, marketplace performance, and competitiveness.
Works proactively with the sales department to identify and develop programs to generate sustainable sales and proper alignment with existing marketing plans.
- Collaborates and builds amazing relationships with key external and internal stakeholders to advance the brand's market performance.
- C. Innovation and Project Management
Develops ideas (activation/innovation) of limited size and scale and sees it through for idea generation, launch, and successful implementation.
- Develop market research briefs for projects, concept development, and product and packaging development briefs.
Equipped with more than 3 years of work experience in marketing, brand management, brand strategy, advertising, and promotion.
- Knowledge of research and analysis, insight development, marketing campaign and roll-out, new product development, and promotions planning and execution.
Highly creative and strategic with an eye for details.- Knowledgeable in brand/product promotions, project management, local store marketing retail and trade management, and marketing events.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledgeable in online tools and digital advertising strategies.
