Job Experience:
With 1 to 2 years of brand management experience in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) or QSR
company as Brand Specialist / Assistant or Equivalent. Fresh graduate is also welcome to apply
Strategic and operational analysis of consumers; conducts research focus group discussions, strategic
thinking on consumer preference, demographics, target market and others
Assist in product and brand advertising
Conceptualize, implement and assist in product/ brand development
Handle budget, cost planning and forecasting
Coordinates with various internal customers and external partners (ad agency, etc.)
Technical Skills:
Brand marketing planning
Project management
Consumer understanding/ Insighting
New product innovation
Integrated brand communications
Demand planning/forecasting

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT REQUIRED
College graduate of any 4-year course, preferably business-related course from top colleges/universities
Preferably with distinction
With strong leadership background, as evidenced by active participation in various extra-curricular
activities during college
