The Assistant Brand Manager will be assigned to manage Jollibee Delivery covering the Jollibee App and e-commerce site & Loyalty Marketing. S/he is responsible for the achievement of digital commerce and loyalty revenue and shares objectives through the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing plan based on keen understanding of the consumer, the market and the business. S/he will lead the execution in the development and implementation of platform ideas, innovations, promotions, advertising, media, merchandising, PR and digital campaigns, and facilitates workstream meetings with internal and external project partners. This position is responsible for the project management and implementation of marketing programs, innovation, competitive promotions, and end-to-end integrated marketing communications campaigns.
Strategy Management
- Leads the development of digital commerce and omni-channel loyalty marketing strategies and programs as aligned with the business directions and digital transformation agenda.
- Assists by gathering data for Business Review needed for the Annual Brand Marketing Plan (BMP) specific to Digital Commerce (web and app) and Digital Loyalty to identify SIOTs, strategies, OKRs, and action plans that will aid towards market dominance/ leadership.
- Collaborates with the research agency the research plans to continuously gather consumer understanding and category landscape to support the overall brand marketing plan.
Category Management
- Administers the category 4Ps including, product, price, promotions, and place competitiveness ensuring market leadership through constant competitive benchmarking and financial exercise based on approval Marketing Calendar.
- Monitors spend efficiency through proper planning and utilization of A&P budget and reallocates it accordingly.
- Assists in the execution of the category visual media calendar by providing the assets and materials per campaign; and regularly monitors media execution and post-evaluation for ATL, BTL, digital awareness.
- Assists in the development of business cases for projects by providing context and background aligned with approved strategies that will drive category growth and seeks approval of the Channels Board.
Advertising & Integrated Communications Campaign (ICC) Management
- Crafts and reviews consumer insight-driven campaign briefs to ensure top-of-mind awareness for categories handled.
- Aids in project management and interfaces with ad agencies for the evaluation of creative materials and production covering ad idea presentations, bidding, PPMs, actual shoot, offline/online, and turnover of final artworks.
- Oversees timely and complete turnover of all campaign assets to media agency.
- Drafts ICC plans based on collaboration of amplification plans from PR, Digital, and Trade Marketing partners.
Promotions Management
- Assists in the ideation and approval of promo concepts by giving inputs during the monthly business reviews (MBRs), simultaneous to the preparation and clearance of the finance and supply assessment process.
- Assists in promo systems feasibility (across POS and aggregator platforms) and testing prior launch by preparing and processing necessary documents.
- Prepares promotional communication plan from concept development, agency briefing, creatives evaluation, FA turn over, and launch & sustaining plans.
- Facilitates campaign monitoring and post-evaluation/ close out report for all campaigns to derive learnings and points of improvement.
Menu & Content Management
- Aligns requirements w/ project sponsor and developers to ensure accurate deployment of request upon launch.
- Assists in the feasibility of implementation for unique requirements and facilitates request for development work.
- Facilitates UATs (user acceptance tests) with project sponsor and provides sign-offs for deployment.
Digital Commerce & Loyalty Marketing Management
- Acts as the Marketing Representative/SPOC for digital omni-channel loyalty initiatives and digital commerce projects in collaboration with by Global and Regional Digitech (DT).
- Assists in the development of the design elements and content of the App and Web as well as Jollibee Loyalty Program in coordination with workgroup.
- Leverages on DT technology enablers to achieve Sales and Market Share Growth targets of Digital Commerce and the Digital Loyalty Program.
- Collaborates w/ DT and Global/ Regional Loyalty teams in discovery sessions to identify essential and innovative features for the digital commerce and loyalty roadmap.
- Attends regularly to BAU, developmental, and strategic meetings with the Digital commerce workgroup to ensure alignment of roadmap priorities to improve customer experience driving loyalty and direct access points.
- Ensures front-end design is aligned with total Jollibee brand visual guide.
- Manages the CRM and Precision Marketing function to optimize conversion and loyalty campaigns thru email, push notifications and in-app advertising.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, Marketing or any related course.
- At least 2-3 years experience in Brand Management, preferably with background in E-Commerce Marketing.
- Has strong business & financial acumen will be highly involved in data gathering and research activities.
- Has strong project management experience able to manage numerous tasks and projects simultaneously and effectively.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City (hybrid set-up).
