Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
  • Directly reporting to the General Manager, Business Development Executive, HR Manager, and Sales Manager.
Providing smooth operational aspect for distribution of products, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in line with Gree Philippines HQ objectives.
  • Communicate all concerns to Senior Managers listed above.
Providing forecasts for fast moving units for the Cebu branch.
  • Servicing the needs of your existing customers.
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Developing business plans for the Cebu branch to increase customer relations, sales, profit, and brand awareness.
  • Improve the presence and reputation of the Cebu Branch and of the brand.
Assess the local market conditions and identify current prospective sales opportunities.
  • Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.
Enable and bring out the best in all Cebu personnel by encouraging, training, coaching and motivation.
  • Identify areas of improvement in operational system to ensure seem-less internal and external transactions.
Immediately address customer and employee satisfaction issues.
  • Initiate organizational changes to increase customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and brand awareness.
Ensuring that all warehouse workers and delivery personnel adhere to the handling standard of the company.
  • Manage all delivery concerns of the client and solve the problems encountered in a practical and timely manner.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Requires minimum of 3-5 years previous sales/managerial experience(preferably automotive retail; HVAC; )
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field
  • Has basic leadership skills; can understand Key Performance Indicators as indicated by the company
Proficient with computer applications; use of Facebook Marketing; Basic understanding of remarketing
  • Able to write business letters/emails
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent Leadership Skill
Excellent Decision Making Skills with high Accountability
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
High Sales Management Skill
  • Excellent in operating the computer and its applications such as excel and power point
Can work under minimal supervision and can relate with all levels of the organization
  • Pleasing and sociable. Highly motivated and can work under pressure; mature; detail oriented; team oriented; demonstrates a positive and approachable ability to serve both internal and external customers.
Is keen on details and organized

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,
  • 00 - Php35,000.00 per month
