Job Description

Oversees the day to day operation of the selling floor in the achievement of store sales targets.
  • Ensures all selling personnel provides excellent customer service.
Helps identify fast-moving items and ensures prompt replenishment of stocks.
  • Ensures proper and timely endorsement of return of bad orders to suppliers in coordination with merchandising and warehouse.
Helps oversee the accurate and proper monitoring of stocks in the storage and selling area.
  • Coordinates with warehouse for stock ordering to support the store sales and service delivery.
Ensures prompt replenishment of products in the selling area.
  • Implements proper handling procedure of merchandise against breakage or damage.
