YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY
- Delegating and supervising business operations to meet 100% of the sales target.
Making sure that 100% customer service is being observed in the stores handled.- Training, Motivating and Coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities
Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees
- Audits the processes being performed by team members to ensure everything is up to company standard
Manages inventory by making sure request are made if needed and deliveries are on time. Ensures that inventory count is 100% accurate and zero loss/variance.- Continuously analyze information and develop new processes that are more effective and efficient.
Establishing and achieving business profit objective
- Generating reports and presenting information to next level managers or stakeholders
Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures, make up and grooming and store team policies.- Maintenance of the store, planogram execution, stockroom organization
Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business
YOUR TALENT (QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelor's degree and/or extensive relevant experience
Has 2+ years of experience in retail operations- Knowledge of retail operations and best practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with a goaloriented attitude
Able to generate reports and analyze data- Highly values customer experience
Previous related experience in retail operations / experience in retail cosmetics is a plus
