Production:Prepare dough and pastries according to established recipes and procedures.
Multitask and support bakers in daily operations.
Prepare small plates and serve to customers during days with dine-in.
Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications.
Identify and address any deviations from quality standards, taking corrective action as needed.
Work collaboratively with the production team to continuously improve product quality and consistency.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.
Follow safety protocols when operating equipment and handling hot surfaces to prevent accidents and injuries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area, including regular cleaning of equipment and work surfaces.
