THE JOB:
- Responsible for supervising selected key dealership sales accounts, leading towards the achievement of wholesale target volume.
Shall recommend and implement sales development plans and programs which will strengthen business growth and accounts development, as well as generate further sales opportunities through strategic partnership with product dealers and will handle Luzon Area and willing to travel in Visayas and Mindanao.- Provides support in staff supervision to drive and motivate sales force on the established direction.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in business course or any related field.- With at least five (5) years work experience in field sales from the automotive industry is an advantage.
With relevant experience in leading sales work force.
- Highly result-oriented and capable of establishing excellent dealer relations, as well as effectively executing sales plans and strategies.
Personable, has good communication and relational skills.- STRICTLY must be an experienced 4-wheel driver with valid license.
