Job Description

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTING MANAGER

:

  • Reconciliation and financial reporting.

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of monthly reporting by preparing all accounting schedules.

  • Involve in cash flow management.

  • Assist / Oversee Accounts Payables and Receivables.

  • Submission of Statutory and Management Reports.

  • Assist in establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

  • Handle tax filing, and submission in accordance with existing BIR guidelines.

  • Assist in yearend audit.

  • Prepare and compile corporate taxation.

  • Preparing the internal and external audit analysis.

  • Ensure internal controls are complied.


  • Graduate of Bachelor in Accountancy

  • With at least 3-5 yrs related experience

  • With a minimum of 3 years managerial exopereirance

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge and experience in statutory filings and tax returns (SEC, BIR, DOLE etc and payroll related reports).

  • High awareness of deadlines and urgent concerns.

  • Experience in general ledger, bank reconciliations, account reconciliations and financial reporting.

  • Resourceful.

  • Self-motivated and efficient work ethics.

  • Willing to work in Makati City
