Job Responsibilities:- Follow up outstanding documentation from brokers
Checking and processing closings/invoices- Follow up outstanding debtors as required
Filing of documentation as required (online)
- Preparing and issuing policy documents (COI, wordings, COC etc.)
Entering renewal and new business accounts into the system (invoicing)- Preparing and issuing monthly renewals
Obtain renewal terms from Insurer Platforms and apply to set templates to present to Advisers, noting previous years terms, mid-term alterations and/or claims history
- Provide comparative quoting based on existing data (claims history, current details) and present to advisers via set templates
Ensure accuracy of all transactions. Accurately process invoices onto the system within the set company procedures and guidelines- Save invoices and documentation into Document Management System within the set company procedures and guidelines
Email invoices with compliance documents to clients via set templates
- Obtain renewal invitations;
Obtain information from clients as necessary/requested;- Obtain quotes within compliance/ability level as requested/required (no client advice);
Provide general advice within compliance/ability level as requested by clients;
- Prepare necessary client documentation;
Make sure all enquiries and payments are dealt with quickly;- Data processing in CBS: including to keep clients files updated & record payments made and received;
Deal with incoming calls/documentation within compliance/ability level;
- Manage Endorsements and Cancellations within compliance/ability level;
Delegate tasks to Hub / Processing Team as negotiated/necessary;- Maintain good rapport with clients, insurers and provide an extremely high level of professional service to Clients and develop high quality relationships;
Other tasks as requested/necessary.
At least 2 years overall General Insurance with 2 years AU insurance experience
- At least 1 year AU insurance broking experience or assisting AU insurance broker
Experience in insurance software/tools- Has experience in taking phone calls with great communication skills
Tier 2 is highly preferred only
