Qualifications:- Graduate of Mechanical Engineer or any related course
- With at least 5 year work related experience in PMS, repair and maintenance of construction equipment
- Preferably from hauling, rental and trucking services company
- With established networks from repairs and maintenance services for urgent requirements.

- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implementation, negotiation and monitoring of asset programs.
- Will review and update current policies.
- Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
- Supervise and monitor mechanics, drivers and staff who checks and collects Pre-use checklist and trip tickets. Audit the checklist vs actual asset regularly.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, and quality assurance, to identify or qualify new suppliers.
- Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, equipment repairs, control measure and PMS.
- Directs repair, service and maintenance of company assets.
- Develops and supervises vehicle and equipment preventive maintenance schemes.
- Ensure implementation, evaluation and improvement of QMS related to your function is being regularly monitored.
- Perform other task that maybe assigned from time to time.
