Asset Officer

• Job Title : ASSET OFFICER

• Reports to : ASSET MANAGER

• Qualifications:

• Graduate of Mechanical or any Engineering course
  

• With minimum 3 year of work related experience repair and maintenance, inventory, logistics of construction equipment, materials and warehousing.
  

• Background in hauling, rental, and trucking services company is an advantage.
  

• With established network from logistics, repair and maintenance service for urgent requirements.

  b. Equipment/Asset Handling
  
• Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implementation, negotiation and monitoring of asset programs;
  

• Will review and update current policies;
  

• Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements;
  

• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, engineering, and quality assurance, to identify or qualify new suppliers;
  

• Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control and warehousing;
  

• Directs repair, service and maintenance of company assets;
  

• Develops and supervises vehicle preventive maintenance schemes;
  

• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems and imports or exports;
  

• Plan out all warehouse resources and activities in keeping with the company's objectives and targets;
  

• Ensure implementation, evaluation and improvement of QMS related to your function is being regularly monitored;
  

• Perform other task that maybe assigned from time to time.
  
  Job Type: Full-time
  
  Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
