Asset Management

-Manage breakdown and corrective maintenance system that would entail minimal downtime through:

• Service Unit Management
• Spare Parts Management

-Implement asset transfer policies to monitor asset deployment.

-Institute policies in the requisition, warehousing, and issuance of spare parts, materials, and service unit equipment.

-Observe replenishment procedures and stock level monitoring.

-Identify inventory turnover for all spare parts and provide recommendations for high-turnover inventory, slow-moving items, and non-moving inventory as necessary to maximize cost savings on spare parts.

-Preserve integrity by conducting a regular inventory of materials and submission of the inventory report and necessary documents to the concerned party.

-Monitor the movement of incoming and outgoing assets from the warehouses, ensuring that service units for special events are properly allocated and tracked.

Asset Service Delivery

• Assist in Technician's request by issuance of spare parts needed.
• Assist Restaurant Operations Personnel on their stores request for repairs.
• Assist in the coordination of material requirements (part #, material code, and availability) of stores or other internal guests.
• Process billing and provide accrual report (repairs and maintenance set-up) of materials secured from the supplier and any other reports requested by internal collaborators.
