The Asset Management and Logistics Staff play a vital role in ensuring the efficient management of company assets and logistics operations. They are responsible for overseeing the procurement, tracking, maintenance, and disposal of assets, as well as coordinating logistics activities to support the smooth flow of goods and materials within the organization.
- Asset Management:
- Procure new assets as per company requirements, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to procurement policies.
Maintain accurate records of all company assets, including equipment, vehicles, and technology devices.
- Conduct regular audits to verify asset inventory and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
Coordinate asset disposal processes in compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all stocked items.
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Identify and address discrepancies between inventory records and physical stock levels.
- Asset Tracking and Maintenance
- Maintain accurate inventory of company assets, including equipment, vehicles, and supplies. Track asset usage and ensure proper maintenance schedules are followed.
- Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with external suppliers and logistics partners to arrange shipments and deliveries.
Monitor and track the movement of supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
- Documentation and Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records and document related to asset management and logistics activities. Generate reports on asset usage, inventory levels, and logistics performance as required by management.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience in asset management, logistics coordination, or inventory control.
- Proficiency in Application Software (Word, Excel PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
