The Asset Associate will assist the Operations Manager in taking care of all the assets of the company.- Updates the Asset report whenever new assets are acquired
Monitors / conducts inventory of all assets
- Ensures that all assets are in good working condition, thus facilitates maintenance/ repair if needed
Implements job requests from various clinics relative to the proper management of company assets- Relates with suppliers / contractors
Acts are liaisons for the Admin / Head Office
- The position is open to new grads and those with Admin / Operations experience/background
Has basic knowledge of Microsoft applications like Word and Excel Applicant must be willing to work in Marikina
