Delta ROV is seeking assembly technicians to join our team. You will be involved in building equipment used for underwater robotics.
Graduate in Electronics Engineering
- Computer literate (MS Office)
Knowledge in operating, repairing, and maintaining equipment- Proficient in using hand tools and soldering tools
No prior experience required
- Willingness to undergo training and learn
Hardworking with good interpersonal relationships with co-workers and superiors- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Only candidates who can commute to the office daily (Locals) will be considered
- Effective communication skills in both spoken and written English.

- ASSEMBLY TECH LEVEL 2: 90
ASSEMBLY TECH LEVEL 3: 100- ASSEMBLY TECH LEVEL 4: 110
ASSEMBLY TECH LEVEL 5: 120
- ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR L1: 130
ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR L2: 140 SUPERVISOR LEVEL 1: 160
SUPERVISOR LEVEL 3: 180
In addition to the base salary, the 13th month's pay will be provided at the end of the year.- Permanent employees are entitled to 2 weeks of vacation per year (10 workdays), prorated to the day of permanency for the first year.
Unclaimed vacation days will be paid in full at the end of the year as a bonus (no tax up to 80K PHP).
- Permanent employees are entitled to 1 week of sick leave per year (5 workdays), prorated to the day of permanency for the first year. Paid sick leave must be endorsed by Dr. Maundy S. Demers.
Permanent employees with at least 1 year of employment will be enrolled in Delta ROV's medical plan.- Free meals will be provided, subject to the company's performance.
