Duties and Responsibilities:- Conducts regular visit to assigned clients sites to check members status, conditions, concerns
Addresses on-site concerns of clients- Monitors new, active and inactive members per client and submits periodic report to the Member Records thru the ASM
Receives and prepare deductions summary (uniforms, variances, losses and advances) of members for submission to accounting
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any 4-year business course
At least 6months of experience on client & employee relations management
- Computer-literate Good communication skills
Preferably with own motorcycle unit- With valid driver's license
Willing to do field work
