The ICT Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting the organization's information and communication system. Collaborate with other departments to establish a robust and reliable infrastructure. Drow up the documentation that describes the company infrastructure and, when necessary, the Use/Installation Manuals for the main company software.
- Develop, Install and Manage the ICT infrastructure
- Identify possible infrastructure updates to always guarantee an adequate level of security and reliability
- Monitor the infrastructure performances
- Ensure the company's infrastructure is consistently updated and maintained and identify possible improvements
- Promote the new technologies usage and train the colleagues
- Draw up the necessary documentation
