AckerWorx is seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated AI Support Engineer to join our team remotely from the Philippines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for our AI systems, ensuring that our solutions operate smoothly and effectively. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping others.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI systems and applications.- Monitor and maintain AI system performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the implementation of AI solutions meets client requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting manuals, and system configurations.
Assist in the deployment and integration of AI solutions in various environments.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and best practices.
Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on AI system usage and features.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of AI support processes and methodologies.
Proven experience as an AI Support Engineer, AI Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, tools, and frameworks.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.- Experience with AI/ML platforms and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Education and Experience:
A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.- We welcome candidates without an academic qualification if they can pass several aptitude tests.
