Artificial Intelligence Prompt Engineer

Description Summary:

This position will be responsible for designing, testing, and refining prompts

to optimize the performance of our generative AI models. This

position will work closely with stakeholders to develop effective prompts

that align with business objectives and enhance the quality of AI-generated content.

• Prompt Design and Development

Create and optimize prompts for various generative AI models to improve output quality and relevance.

• Experiment with different prompt structures and parameters to achieve desired results.

Continuously iterate on prompts based on feedback and performance metrics.

• Document prompt engineering processes, best practices, and findings to share with the team and contribute to collective knowledge.

• Workflow Design and Development
• Design and develop AI-driven workflows using Azure, or other tools, to automate complex business processes.

Integrate AI services (such as natural language processing, machine learning, and other AI tools) into Azure, or other tools, and workflows.

• Collaboration and Training
• Work closely with various departments to implement AI-driven solutions that enhance business processes.

Provide training and support to team members on the use of AI-driven workflows and Azure, or other AI tools.

• Act as a subject matter expert on AI and automation technologies within the organization.

• Research and Innovation
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and prompt engineering techniques.

Conduct research to explore new methodologies and approaches for prompt optimization.

• Implement best practices and contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions.

• Evaluation and Analysis
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models with different prompts.

Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of prompts and identify areas for improvement.

• Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on analysis and findings.

  Requirement :
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.

Minimum of four (4) years experience in AI, with at least six (6) months being in generative AI prompt engineering.

• A combination of IT-related post-secondary and/or professional education and demonstrated relevant work experience in AI, with at least six (6) months being in generative AI prompt engineering, equivalent to a total of eight (8) years.

Exposure to various software development approaches including agile and waterfall.

• Business process or operational knowledge (e.g., customer service, inventory management, procurement, accounting)

One (1) year experience using Azure or related workflow technologies.

• Two (2) years of experience with some of the following technologies: Python, JavaScript, or C#.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php52,000.00 - Php110,000.00 per month
