Job Title: Recruiter/Sr. recruiter (Night Shift)

Location: Manila

Shift: US Shift On Site Work from Office

Job Summary:

We are looking for qualified and enthusiastic Recruiters to join our team in Manila. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, Scheduling interviews, negotiating compensation, job offers to candidates for IT and non-IT positions to meet the needs of our US-based clients. This position requires strong communication skills, negotiations skills and interpersonal skills. Tech skills will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.

Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fitment for specified role.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients/Artech US Team.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.

Collaborate with the Team Lead to understand hiring requirements and priorities.

Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

Any bachelor's degree or above.

Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in US market. Preferably for a staffing company.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a night shift and onsite environment.

Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.

Experience recruiting for US-based clients.

Previous experience in both IT and non-IT recruitment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
