- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Business Development and Operations:
- Assist the Production Art Director in achieving business development and operational goals.
Provide trustworthy feedback on both developing and existing solutions.
- Stay abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
Prepare contracts for third-party suppliers and contractors, ensuring adherence to companyapproved rules and guidelines.- Perform project cost assessments and conduct feasibility studies for prospective OOH projects, assessing technical requirements, environmental impact, regulatory considerations, and financial viability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Seek ways to improve business operations.
- Project Management:
- Manage project planning, implementation, and progress.
Prepare project Gantt charts and other documents required for smooth project
implementation.- Ensure timely and effective delivery of services to internal and external clients.
Source qualified and reliable suppliers and contractors.
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers and contractors when necessary.
Control expenses within the agreed budget by ensuring proper care and correct utilization of the company's physical and financial resources.- Coordinate with artists, sales, project compliance, other internal departments, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services.
Perform risk management by identifying and responding to potential concerns to minimize negative impact and ensure worker safety.
- Inspect inventory and ensure products are of good quality.
Monitor and prepare project expense reports.- Prepare and process turnover documents for billing attachments
Conduct post-project evaluations and process improvements.
- Prepare periodic reports as required by the immediate superior.
- Coordination and Relationship Management:
- Develop strong working relationships and coordinate with third-party partner contractors and suppliers.
Establish and implement good working processes with artists and other divisions.- Develop and implement operational strategies.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Educational Background and Work Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Fine Arts Major in Visual Communication or Advertising; or related field
- At least 2-3 years of project management experience
Strong background in visual arts and design principles- Creative problem-solving skills with attention to aesthetic detail
Proficiency in various design tools and mediums
- Team leadership experience
Budget monitoring proficiency- Field work adaptability and willingness to visit contractors
