Area Supervisor

The Area Supervisor will oversee the operations of all the production teams under his area of responsibility. He will make sure that the digitization processes are executed accurately and efficiently. He will provide training and guidance to the project teams and ensure that required daily outputs are delivered.

The Area Supervisor will be required to travel to the different sites assigned to him. He is expected to set-up and start the work for each site. Once production for a site is stable, he will proceed with the set-up of the next site. He will conduct inspection visits, as part of monitoring. He will also be responsible for the completion of work for the site.

• Responsibilities:

Oversee the execution of the grooming, scanning and indexing processes for each of the project site under his supervision

Provide training and guidance to the project team members on performing these different tasks.

Ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities and are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their tasks effectively.

Ensure that the project teams are able to deliver the required daily output

Address issues and concerns raised by project teams and escalate to Project Manager, as needed.

Coordinate with the deployment of the needed resources (manpower, software fixes, hardware replacements) for the project site

Serve as primary point of contact when there are client issues related to quality of service delivery of project site under him

Secure approval of the completed deliverables from the client

Accountable for wrapping up work equipments and deployment to the next site

Conduct project site inspection

Ensure that the project team members strictly adhere to the SVI and client policies and regulations.

Collect the daily reports from the project sites and input to SVI dashboard

Handle project administration-related functions

• Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• With at least two (2) years of supervisory experience.

Willing to travel to different project sites

• Must be willing to work in project based

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php30,
