This position oversees the entire Station Operations in their assigned stations- Must have experience in People Management
Responsible for the achievement of the sales of the station including the proper maintenance of products and services based on standards and ensures that quality products are available in the station at all times
- Ensures compliance with all receiving guidelines at all times.
Ensures that security measures and control are in place at all times.- Ensures that quality products are available in the station at all times. Ensures that the station, both in the forecourt area and the office maintain good housekeeping at all times.
Practices excellent customer service at all times to serve as role model to his subordinates
- Ensures that customer service is properly implemented
Must have background preferably in the Retail/ Petroleum Industry- Preferably with Driver's License
