Job Summary:
Mixue is recruiting Store Area Supervisors responsible for executing company marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and market share. This position requires candidates to have basic marketing knowledge and practical operational skills, able to independently complete various marketing activities and tasks under the guidance of senior managers.
Primary Responsibilities:
1Responsible for inspecting franchise stores and daily maintenance management;
2Able to develop corresponding store management plans based on company requirements;
3Able to provide relevant adjustment suggestions to the company based on the actual situation of stores and markets in the area;
4Conduct preliminary site selection evaluations for potential franchise customers (foot traffic, target demographics, average ticket price, etc.).
Skills and Abilities:
1Market analysis and data processing skills.
2Familiarity with various marketing channels and methods, with hands-on experience.
3Excellent communication and project management skills.
4Innovative mindset, able to assist in planning and executing marketing activities.
5Language Skills: Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience; experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
Working Conditions: Must be able to adapt to a certain frequency of travel. Able to withstand certain work pressure.
