Area Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of operations
Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide feedback- Create and maintain a positive work environment
Ensure that all staff are adhering to policies and procedures
- Develop and implement best practices for the area
Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff- Facilitate communication between departments
Prepare and submit reports on the progress of the area
- Monitor and ensure adherence to safety regulations
Overseeing the whole operations
Area Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field
1 year of experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office, EXCEL, WORD
- Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in the industry
With Retail & FMCG Experience With pleasing personality

- 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
