Job Description:_
- Ensuring that all locations meet company standards in terms of service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Leads, supports, and motivates location managers and staff to achieve business goals, while maintaining a high standard of customer service and operational excellence.
- Monitor and manage daily operations of assigned locations to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive work environment encouraging teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear performance expectations and goals for location managers and staff.
- Monitor and evaluate performance, providing feedback and taking corrective action as needed.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service across all locations.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

Job Qualifications:_
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
- Must be physically fit to carry objects, walk long distances, and stand long hours
- Must be mentally alert.
- Experienced in handling retail business.
- Must be able to work in different weather conditions.
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have a pleasing personality, be patient, charming, and determined.
