A graduate of business management, business administration, marketing, advertising, mass communications or any related courses;- Preferably with at least one (1) year experience as a franchise area sales supervisor in a food industry or equivalent professional practice;
Proficient in basic computer programs (word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software and internet navigation and email);
- Excellent in written and communication skills;
Excellent decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills;- Excellent leadership / management skills;
Strict in implementing of rules, regulations, & policies;
Willing to do field work;- Maintains and keep good working relations with partners by conducting outlet visitations;
Assess and recommends feasibility/market study for expansion programs of outlets in its area;- Executes personnel policies and disciplinary actions among his/her subordinates;
Supervises and trains staff in performing their respective duties and responsibilities;
- Responsible in achieving monthly and annually sales targets;
Performs related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
