Role Overview:As the Business Development Area Manager, you will lead a team of Business Development Account Officers and Client Support Officers within your assigned region.
Sales Strategy Development:Formulate and execute sales strategies based on in-depth market insights to maximize regional market potential. This includes identifying and acquiring new clients, exploring untapped markets, and creating targeted plans to increase market share.
Conduct comprehensive market analysis within your assigned region. Identify trends, monitor competitor activities, and uncover opportunities for business expansion.
Manage and mentor a team of Account Officers and Client Support Officers. Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team success. Participate in the recruitment and selection process, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Education:A Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Management, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a B2B environment, preferably within Publishing, Tech, Pharmaceuticals, or FMCG industries.
- Proven experience in managing sales teams (20+ personnel) and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets within the Cavite.
