- Ensure achievement of agreed KPI's for the assigned Area/ Territory - Ensure optimization of the business potential in the assigned territory by identifying opportunities for reach expansion and adapting the most suitable route to market strategy within the area of responsibility - Conduct regular business review to update the current performances versus agreed KPIs
