Manages and oversees the company's entire sales policies, objectives, initiatives and programs
- Degree holder of any 4-year business course;
Successful previous experience as sales manager (or sales supervisor, at least) preferably in a trading and distribution company for at least 3-years;- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
Strong business sense, market knowledge and expertise in the industry;
- Excellent mentoring, motivation, coaching, negotiation, public relations, people-management and leadership skills;
Excellent presentation and reporting skills;- Proficiency in staffing and budget and process management;
Adept in Microsoft Office applications
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.- Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
