Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and motivated Area Sales Manager with 2-5 years of experience to drive sales growth and strengthen our partner relationships. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, partner management, product demonstrations, and providing technical support. You will be responsible for meeting with partners, understanding their needs, and ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to successfully promote and sell our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners within the assigned territory.
Identify and onboard new partners to expand market coverage.
Conduct regular partner meetings to discuss sales strategies, performance, and opportunities for growth.
Achieve sales targets by collaborating with partners and providing them with the necessary support and resources.
Monitor partner performance and work closely with them to maximize sales opportunities.
Conduct product demonstrations to partners and end-users, showcasing the features, benefits, and applications of our AV products.
Customize demonstrations based on the partner's specific needs and market segments.
Provide training sessions to partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.
Act as the first point of contact for partners seeking technical assistance or product information.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the technical support team.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on partner and customer inputs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have the resources and information needed to succeed.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet with partners and customers, ensuring a strong market presence.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on AV, Telecom, or IT products.
Demonstrated ability to conduct effective product demonstrations and provide technical support.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
