Deliver monthly sales budget through monitoring sales data, out of stock, pricing, stock levels, market share, quality of display and analyze this information and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement to be able to implement go-to-market strategies in maximizing sales and product visibility.- Ensure collaborate with Coordinators of Distributor(s) to align the business objectives.
Manages in store advertising, customized merchandising and promotional programs.
- Conduct periodic business reviews or Joint Business Plan with the top management/decision makers of assigned distributors.
Ensure cost and receivables are within budget limits through stringent observation of cost to sales ratios and Days Sales Outstanding targets.- Prepares, propose, and implement business-building plans for each distributor.
