Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in Goa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor relationships, and expanding the CLIFTON brand presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share in Goa.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with retailers, hotels, restaurants, and fitness centers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring timely delivery and optimal product placement.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for product enhancement.
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for management review.

Qualifications:
