Job Description: Area Sales Manager Company Overview: Aanvii Hearing Solutions Pvt Ltd is a pioneering organization in the field of hearing solutions, dedicated to providing innovative hearing devices and services to deaf and hearing-impaired individuals. Established in 2014, we have rapidly expanded our presence, currently operating 76 clinics across South and West India. With a vision to become the leading player in the industry, we are poised for exponential growth, aiming to open 200 centers by 2028. Additionally, we are undergoing due diligence to transition into a multinational corporation, further solidifying our commitment to excellence and expansion. Role Overview: As an Area Sales Manager at Aanvii Hearing Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction with in your designated region. You will be responsible for overseeing the performance of multiple clinics, optimizing revenue streams, and fostering a culture of sales excellence and customer-centricity. Key Responsibilities: 1. *Business Analysis and Growth:* Conduct thorough analysis of business performance and growth opportunities within the region. Develop strategies to enhance revenue and market share. 2. *Sales Target Achievement:* Successfully achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets, focusing on revenue growth and client conversion. Drive closure of basic, essential, and premium clients through proactive engagement and follow-up. 3. *Team Leadership and Training:* Provide leadership and guidance to clinic teams, including audiologists and clinical representatives, to optimize sales performance. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. 4. *Lead Generation and Conversion:* Implement effective lead generation strategies, including leveraging existing channels and developing new ones. Ensure timely conversion of leads into clients through proactive engagement and personalized sales approaches. 5. *Stakeholder Management:* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, ENT specialists, and pediatricians, to drive referrals and enhance business opportunities. 6. *Operational Excellence:* Oversee clinic operations, including inventory management, appointment scheduling, and after-sales support. Ensure adherence to company policies and standards at all times. 7. *Market Research and Campaign Management:* Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and consumer trends. Develop and execute marketing campaign stotarget specific demographics and maximize brand visibility. 8. *Performance Monitoring and Reporting:* Regularly monitor sales performance, appointment scheduling, and client feedback. Generate insightful reports and recommendations for continuous improvement. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the healthcare or medical device nindustry. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. - Proactive and result-oriented approach to achieving targets. - Flexibility to travel within the designated region and work occasional weekends as needed.
