Responsibilities:- Researching and identifying new business opportunities.
Creating and maintaining a report on the territory sales.- Explaining and promoting the SME products and services to clients
Helping clients find appropriate products and services as per their requirements.
- Coordinating with the Sales team to meet monthly and yearly sales targets.
Addressing any customer queries on the company's products and services- Collaborating with the different departments as and when required
Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Territory Sales Representative, Sales Representative, Sales Consultant, or a similar position in the Sales department.
Knowledge of the industry techniques and latest developments- Good time management and organizational skills
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities- Willingness to travel to different locations
Ability to work under pressure and manage strict deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
A team player and ability to work independently- Ability to offer excellent customer service
