Job Summary
The position is responsible for providing support in managing, developing, and executing all sales operation plans and strategies to meet the monthly targets and company objectives. The position is also responsible in promoting the company's brand products and services, product development, advertising, and promotions in coordination with the other departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cascades sales plans and strategies to support sales target;
Maintains and keep good working relations with partners by conducting 5 outlets visitations;
Prepares and coordinates outlet regular requests such as booth repairs, equipment replacement and others;
Performs visitation activities from time to time to ensure all outlets are in compliance with standard operating procedures which includes but not limited to opening of outlets on time, manpower headcount, manpower performance, level of stocks, inventory;
Checks and conducts product forecasting;
Process and monitors customers orders and ensures highest exceptional customer service is observed and implemented;
Performs feasibility/market study for expansion programs of outlets;
Prepares reports and documentations as directed by the immediate superior;
Trains staff in performing their respective duties and responsibilities;
Executes and recommends personnel policies and disciplinary actions among his/her subordinates;
Performs related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Monitors and ensures complete product availability at all times;
Entertains and caters to customers complaints, queries, requests, needs, suggestions, and recommendations;
Creates positive customer relations to build loyalty among customers;
Assists in monitoring competitors marketing activities and pricing of products;
Assists in monitoring bad orders, left overs, and wrong forecasting and recommends process of improvements;
* Monitors operations expenses and recommends cost reduction strategies while maintaining product quality and standards;
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- College level or college graduate;
- Preferably with at least six (6) months experience as a service crew team leader in the food service industry or equivalent professional experience;
- Proficient in basic computer programs (word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software and internet navigation and email);
- Good decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills;
- Proficient in written and communication skills;
- Highly organized and has an eye for detail;
- Self-motivated and hardworking;
- Positive personal values and strong work ethic;
- Fast learner and willing to grow with the company;
- Possess a customer service oriented mindset, trustworthy, and a team player;
- Comfortable working with others;
