Executes sales plans and strategies to support sales target;- Maintains and keep good working relations with partners by conducting 10-15 outlet visitations;
Performs and checks feasibility study for expansion programs of outlets in its area;
- Monitors competitor's marketing activities;
Prepares and submits summary of attendance per cut - off schedule and weekly sales report;- Monitors bad orders/left overs/wrong forecasting and recommends corrective actions;
Monitors operations expenses and recommends cost reduction strategies while maintaining product quality and standards;
- Recommends outlet activities and programs from time to time;
Prepares reports and documentations as directed by the immediate superior;- Trains staff in performing their respective duties and responsibilities;
Executes and recommends personnel policies and disciplinary actions among his/her subordinates;
- Performs related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
A graduate of business management, business administration, marketing, or any related courses;
- Preferably with at least two (2) years experience as an area sales coordinator in the food service industry or equivalent professional experience;
Proficient in basic computer programs (word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software and internet navigation and email);- Excellent decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills;
Excellent in written and communication skills;
- Highly organized and has an eye for detail;
Self-motivated and hardworking;- Positive personal values and strong work ethic;
Fast learner and willing to grow with the company;
- Possess a customer service oriented mindset, trustworthy, and a team player;
