Involved in acquisition and development of new branches- Continuously developing existing stores
Involved in the setting of sales and financial targets
- Oversees each store location and monitoring and reporting on performance
Comprehends interprets and analyses sales figures- Ensuring presentation and compliance in stores are in accordance with the company standards
Implements a retail plan for the area in line with the company strategy
- Acts as mediator in resolving customer's or supplier's concern and issues
Coaches, inspires and motivates staff to increase sales- Identifying and delivering all relevant / appropriate opportunities to address current situation
Requirements:- Graduate of any 4 year course
With at least 3 years related work experience
- Can supervise and manage the multiple store locations
Strong professional maturity and integrity- Has strong leadership ability and drive to achieve business goals and objectives
Has an excellent customer service orientation
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
