Responsible for the overall management of the operations and achievement of branches targets based on divisional directions and corporate strategies
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervises the branch managers within his/her defined territory or area
- Crafts action plans to achieve his/her area's revenue and income targets
- Coordinates with other departments
- Product for product related concerns and strategies,
- 2 Marketing Arts for ATL and BTL programs,
- Admin Cost Monitoring for assistance on revolving funds and RFPs,
- Business Planning Analytics for numbers based decision support and capex evaluation,
- Expansion Project Management in case of relocation
- Provides support to Business Planning and Analytics for reporting, survey/data gathering and monitoring of sites
- Prepares capex requests and RFPs for non-regular items Remember request before execute
- Approver of revolving fund request amounting to above Php 1 000 up to Php 3 000
- Must be able to contribute in looking for potential new sites
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Five (5) to Seven (7) years of experience in the same capacity of operation or similar field, 5 years of which is in a supervisory or managerial position.
