Organize and oversee the operations of several stores. Their responsibility for the overall success of the stores is by setting targets, supervising the service crew, and ensuring they are attained.
Responsible for monitoring all existing company/franchise outlets under the area of responsibility. Responsible for the achievement of sales targets, inventory, controls, and quality management of stores.
Conduct quality management training for the service crew.
Performs monthly audits and quality, service, and customer evaluation of the outlets.
Implement and maintain all local and national marketing initiatives.
Provide reports on outlet visits as well as its sales performance.
Provide weekly itinerary and petty cash replenishment.
Responsible for hiring and training service crews.
Supports the opening of company-owned outlets in the region.
Coordinates with the Logistics Department regarding weekly supply orders, scheduled delivery, and/or service maintenance.
Coordinates with Agency partners regarding performance, concerns, and issues
Institute internal safeguards on funds, assets, company properties and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency of facilities and equipment.
Monitor compliance of projects to all regulatory requirements
Enforce and follow the Employee Code of Conduct
Ad Hoc
Perform other tasks that may be assigned either individually or as part of a committee.
