Job Summary:The restaurant manager ensures that the store operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining their reputation and ethos. He/ She must coordinate a variety of activities, whatever the size or type of the outlet. The Store Manager is responsible for the business performance of the restaurant, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety. Additionally, The Store Manager must represent The Lost Bread in a professional manner.
Operational Excellence: You'll be the go-to person for our Franchised and Company stores, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency and adhere to our standards of excellence.
- Creative Documentation: You'll prepare engaging presentations, training materials, and reports that showcase our brand's commitment to quality and service.
Manuals and Procedures:
You'll update and maintain our operations manuals and procedures, ensuring they reflect the latest best practices and innovations.Equipment Mastery:
You'll learn the ins and outs of all company equipment, becoming the expert in operation, service, repair, and troubleshooting.Organizational Wizardry: You'll manage our company calendar, schedule appointments, and efficiently handle correspondence and stock distribution.
- Audits and Compliance: You'll conduct meticulous audits of new and existing stores, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and delivering exceptional service quality.
New Store Coordination:
You'll collaborate closely with franchisees for new store openings, overseeing tasks from construction and permits to staff hiring, training, and operational readiness.
Team Leadership:
You'll manage and support store managers and baristas, empowering them to deliver outstanding performance and service.Performance Evaluation:
You'll evaluate store performance, preparing insightful reports and presentations that drive continuous improvement.Training and Development: You'll schedule and facilitate both in-house and external training sessions, ensuring our team members are equipped with the skills they need to succeed.
- Data Management: You'll collect and analyze sales data and inventory reports, providing strategic insights that optimize our menu offerings and operations.
Document Management:
You'll maintain the integrity and confidentiality of important company documents, ensuring they are filed and accessible as needed.Customer and Employee Support:
You'll be a point of contact for employee and client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to support our operations. You'll collaborate closely with our Supply Chain and Marketing departments, enforcing policies and fostering initiatives that enhance sales and elevate our brand image.
- Requirements/ Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent
- Proven experience as area manager, store manager, assistant manager or similar managerial role.
May work special events, as needed- Maintains positive Company morale and professional attitude.
Must be able to work overtime, as needed
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
Have experience in tracking, analyzing, and delivering insights to produce successful operations- Must be tech and social media savvy
Have superior English written and verbal communication skills
- Have a high level of attention to detail
Have exceptional interpersonal, administration and organization skills and proper time management- Advance knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Have a sound understanding of customer service
- Must have strong leadership qualities

Pay: Php20,- 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
