Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day store operations (5 stores);
Oversee employee (Sales Associate/Cashier) work on daily basis to ensure adherence to organizational standards and guidelines;- Manage employee schedules, to include setting hours and timesheets;
Track employee activity, to include successful completion of designated tasks;
- Liaise with operations manager to coordinate and report on ongoing issues;
Meet regularly and managed employees to provide critical feedback and encouragements;- Create and deliver reports to operations manager and top management and maintain effective meeting notes;
Identify organizational or employee related issues and create effective solutions;
- Can plan and make an strategies to increase the revenues of the company.
Will make a marketing plan to meet or overpass the sales target.
Must be a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field;- Must have at least 3 years experience as Area Manager or same capacity;
Must have a background in
RESTAURANT set-up or in a fast food chain;
- Must have a strong marketing strategies on how to meet or overpass the sales target;
Distinct communication skills, to include a willingness to offer positive and negative feedback as needed;- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability communicate across different levels of an organization;
Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage the store staff;
- Strongly self-motivated, to include studying and maintaining working knowledge of industry standards and trends.
