JOB OVERVIEW : Managing and leading the cluster of stores while ensuring the quality of product, service, cleanliness and adherence to company policies.
REQUIRED/PREFERRED SKILLS
1 College Graduate
2 Proven experience as area manager, store manager, assistant manager or similar managerial role.
3 Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles.
4 Sound understanding of optimization of store operations and standards for success.
5 Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
6 Good business acumen with a strategic orientation
7 Excellent problem-solving abilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Formulating strategies to Increase sales thru in-store activities and Local Store Marketing (LSM) .
2 Setting and achieving sales budget and KPI's on each stores .
3 Monitoring Sales and KPI's
4 Preparation and implementation of Sales analysis & SMART action plan
5 Guide and encourage Supervisors and store leads to identify trends and make suggestions to improve and enhance people and product performance to drive brand achievement
6 Ensure the full implementation of induction programs for new Team members and monitor ongoing performance need.
7 Supporting the implementation of all Marketing campaigns and to ensure adherence to set policies on execution.
8 Effectively managing the performance and development of all store leads and barista to drive and maximize the sales performance throughout the Area.
9 Plan for succession in the areas through the identification of individuals with potential for development and growth.
10 Conducting regular brand Audit , preparation and implementation of SMART action plan.
11 Conducting monthly area meeting.
12 Preparation of Quarterly and yearly Performance appraisal of all store leads.
13 Delivery of Other Duties and Responsibilities whenever required.
